Welcome to The Social Mixer UK (TSM-UK)! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at thesocialmixeruk.com and the services provided through our platform.

All ticket sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our curated events and the importance of maintaining balanced attendance, refunds are available up to 7 days before the event date.

We allow one free ticket transfer to another TSM-UK event if you notify us at least 3 days in advance of your original event date. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate TSM-UK, another user, or any other person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or engage in discriminatory behavior
• Use the Service to promote any commercial activities without our prior written consent

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Social Mixer UK and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom.

Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and courteously toward other guests, venue staff, and TSM-UK hosts. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive behavior without refund.

TSM-UK is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Discrimination, harassment, or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.

TSM-UK facilitates connections between singles but cannot guarantee that you will meet a compatible match or develop a relationship. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or statements of any event attendees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSM-UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
