Refund Policy

Full Refunds (7+ Days Before Event)

If you cancel your booking 7 or more days before the event date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your ticket price.

How to Request:

  • Log into your TSM-UK account
  • Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard
  • Select the event you wish to cancel
  • Click "Request Refund"
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Free Event Transfer (3-6 Days Before Event)

If you notify us 3-6 days before your event, you can transfer your ticket to another TSM-UK event at no additional charge (one free transfer per booking).

How to Transfer:

  • Contact us through your account dashboard or via email
  • Specify which event you'd like to transfer to
  • We'll process your transfer within 24 hours
  • You'll receive a new booking confirmation
  • Subject to availability at the new event

Note: Subsequent transfers may incur a £10 administrative fee.

No Refunds (Less Than 3 Days Before Event)

Tickets are non-refundable within 3 days of the event date. This policy exists because:

  • Last-minute cancellations disrupt our carefully balanced gender ratios
  • Venue and staffing commitments are finalized
  • We've turned away potential attendees to maintain event quality

While we cannot offer refunds during this period, we understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us to discuss your situation – we may be able to offer event credit at our discretion.

Event Cancellations by TSM-UK

In the rare event that TSM-UK cancels or significantly changes an event, you will receive:

  • Immediate notification via email and SMS
  • A full 100% refund of your ticket price
  • Or, a free transfer to any other TSM-UK event of your choice

Refunds for TSM-UK cancellations are processed automatically within 3-5 business days.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. We may consider refund requests outside our standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation required)
  • Bereavement
  • Other exceptional circumstances

Please contact us as soon as possible with your situation. While we cannot guarantee exceptions, we will review each case with compassion and fairness.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your booked event without prior notification, your ticket is forfeited and no refund or transfer will be provided. We encourage you to notify us if you cannot attend so we can potentially fill your spot.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
